An Adventure Challenge program created by the Bloom Institute offers a unique and exciting way to breakdown barriers which can exist within organizations and businesses of all kinds. Individuals and groups will be challenged in a safe and non-threatening learning environment.

Adventure challenges allow participants to recognize one another as multi-faceted individuals with resources, skills, and abilities that perhaps, were previously unknown. Along with an incredible amount of fun, an adventure challenge program allows group members to build personal confidence, increase their communication and problem solving skills, and develop an appreciation for a variety of diverse personalities.

Every Bloom Institute program will relate the course experience to how it applies in the workplace. Everyone involved will learn more about themselves and others in the organization.
